About the role: You’ll work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee day‑to‑day service centre operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. From supporting workshop performance to developing teams and driving continuous improvement, this is a key leadership role with real impact.

  • Supporting the management of service centre operations and performance
  • Driving excellent customer service and strong customer relationships

  • Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
