Hours: 40 hours per week | between 07:30 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 - 14:00 Friday

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? We are searching for a proactive Stores Operator / Parts Advisor to help keep operations running smoothly and customers supported.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer orders over the phone and providing great service
- Identifying parts, gathering product info and fulfilling customer requirements
- Picking, packing, labelling and preparing items for dispatch
- Managing stock: goods in, inventory checks, labelling and storage
- Producing shipping documentation and supporting import/export needs
- Accurately picking kits and preparing materials for Production
- Working safely and maintaining high quality standards
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in Stores, Warehouse or Parts departments
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills and great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of engineering drawings, parts catalogues or BOMs
- Team player with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
