We’re looking for a Quality Support Engineer to join our Supplier Quality team, playing a key role in ensuring the parts we receive meet the high standards our customers rely on. You’ll act as the critical link between our manufacturing teams and our supplier base—supporting the reporting, investigation and resolution of supplier-related issues, while also contributing to new product introduction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for supplier-related production issues, driving containment and resolution
  • Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to prevent repeat defects and improve quality performance
  • Supporting new product introduction, including first article inspections and product verification
  • Managing quarantine activity and corrective action tracking
  • Producing regular reports on supplier quality performance and trends

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality environment
  • Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO14001 and corrective action methods (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys)
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence working independently and collaborating across teams
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required
