This is a hands-on, problem-solving role where you’ll work alongside the Quality Manager and cross-functional teams to identify root causes, implement solutions, and continuously improve product quality. You’ll use advanced inspection tools and structured analysis techniques to ensure issues are understood, addressed, and prevented from recurring.
What You'll Be Doing
- Investigating quality concerns and identifying root causes
- Analysing data and reporting findings clearly to stakeholders
- Supporting and delivering corrective actions across departments
- Using metrology equipment such as CMMs and laser scanners
- Producing high-quality reports and presentations
- Managing investigations to agreed timescales
- Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives
