As L&D Business Partner, you’ll shape and deliver L&D strategies that empower our teams and align with our business goals. You’ll design and deliver innovative training, lead on learning needs analysis, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us stay ahead in a dynamic industry, ensuring our people have the skills to thrive.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior leaders to identify and address learning needs
- Develop and implement engaging L&D programmes, including leadership, technical, and compliance training
- Design and deliver training sessions and coaching for employees and managers
- Analyse data to measure impact and continuously improve our L&D offering
- Lead and mentor a small L&D team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and diversity standards
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Learning & Development or HR
- Strong consulting, relationship management, and project management skills
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office
