Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday

We’re looking for a proactive Facilities Administrator to play a key role in keeping buildings, equipment, and workplace environments running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance across the site
- Keeping accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation up to date
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitoring building systems and escalating issues quickly
- Supporting health & safety processes, audits, and risk assessments
- Managing ordering of tools, equipment, and consumables
- Providing general administrative support to the facilities function

- Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks
