Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 06:00 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday

Hourly rate: Between £17.73 - £19.10 ph DOE

We're looking for a skilled Electrical Fitter to join a busy production team, installing and commissioning electrical systems on specialist vehicles. If you enjoy hands‑on work, fault‑finding, and working from technical drawings to deliver high‑quality builds, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Installing wiring harnesses, control panels and electrical components
  • Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and engineering drawings
  • Testing, inspecting and commissioning electrical systems
  • Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
  • Completing work to high quality and safety standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement and production targets

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an electrical fitting or vehicle electrician role
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
  • Electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds or equivalent
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Comfortable working to production timescales
