Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for problem-solving and delivering exceptional technical support? We’re looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to help keep customers and field engineers moving with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Handle technical enquiries from customers and internal teams
- Deliver remote diagnostics using digital tools
- Provide clear technical guidance, work instructions and service bulletins
- Collaborate across teams to boost first-time fix rates
- Support health & safety best practice
- Help drive continuous improvement in technical support processes
What You’ll Bring
- Strong engineering background and solid experience resolving technical issues
- Ability to communicate confidently at a technical level
- Understanding of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable)
- Ability to read technical drawings and create clear documentation
- Excellent IT skills and great time-management
- Relevant engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
