Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 13:00
Salary: Between £30,000.00 – £43,143.45 pa DOE
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sub-contractor Planner to coordinate and manage vehicle sub-contract work with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Planning and allocating jobs to approved sub-contractors
- Monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery
- Liaising with internal teams to maintain smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company standards
- Supporting onboarding of new sub-contractors and implementing planning software
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Experience in logistics coordination and contractor management
- Proficiency in MS Office and planning tools
- Flexibility to travel across the UK
