Are you an organised, confident service professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We’re looking for a Senior Field Service Controller to lead and coordinate field service activity, ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient and high‑quality service experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, engineers and suppliers
- Manage and prioritise field service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs
- Lead, support and mentor service controllers
- Handle escalations and resolve service disruptions quickly and professionally
- Monitor KPIs, workload and work‑in‑progress to keep operations running smoothly
- Ensure accurate administration, documentation and system updates
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior service control, scheduling or coordination role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and problem‑solving ability
- Confident decision‑maker who performs well under pressure
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead by example and manage competing priorities
