Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 13:00

Salary: Between £30,000.00 – £43,000.00 pa DOE

Are you highly organised, detail‐driven, and confident working with contractors and technical teams? We are looking for a Sub‐Contract Quality Coordinator to take the lead in managing, assessing and improving the performance of subcontractors across our manufacturing and vehicle‐related operations.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and maintain subcontractor agreements and approvals
  • Coordinate contractor registration and engineer training
  • Manage the permit‐to‐work process and review method statements
  • Inspect and score completed work, ensuring it meets quality standards
  • Carry out off‐site quality checks when required
  • Produce performance reports and contractor league tables to drive continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in subcontractor or supplier coordination within engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of quality control and inspection processes
  • Excellent communication, organisation and report‐writing skills
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
  • Confident using contractor management systems and Microsoft Office
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant technical discipline
  • IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
