What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, engineers and suppliers
  • Manage and prioritise field service jobs, including breakdowns and VORs
  • Lead, support and mentor service controllers
  • Handle escalations and resolve service disruptions quickly and professionally
  • Monitor KPIs, workload and work‑in‑progress to keep operations running smoothly
  • Ensure accurate administration, documentation and system updates

  • Proven experience in a senior service control, scheduling or coordination role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation and problem‑solving ability
  • Confident decision‑maker who performs well under pressure
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lead by example and manage competing priorities
