Location: Based at Leeds (LS25 7BS) reporting to Warrington

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 07:30 and 17:00 Monday to Friday

Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? We are seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to support a busy parts operation and deliver excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling incoming orders by phone, email and online platforms
  • Picking, packing and dispatching parts accurately and efficiently
  • Receiving goods-in, booking items into stock and organising storage
  • Assisting with parts identification, quotations and general customer queries
  • Managing warranty returns and supporting with occasional loading/unloading
  • Providing updates on delivery times and ensuring smooth customer experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Experience within a parts or engineering/automotive environment (desirable)
  • Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and adapt to department needs
  • Good IT skills, including using Outlook
  • Willingness to work at height and use warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and commitment to seeing tasks through
