This role involves regular nationwide travel, with approximately 50% of time spent working away from home, so flexibility is essential.

Hours: 40 hours per week, between 07:30 and 16:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: Between ÂŁ30,000 - ÂŁ39,124.80 pa DOE

We’re looking for a Field Service Project Engineer to support service projects across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Servicing, repairing and supporting heavy plant equipment at customer premises and service sites
  • Delivering operator and “train the trainer” training when required
  • Carrying out inspections and ensuring work meets high safety and quality standards
  • Managing jobs efficiently and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Completing accurate documentation and job reports
What We’re Looking For:
  • A qualified engineer (NVQ/C&G Level 3 or equivalent) with strong diagnostic skills
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of heavy plant or similar equipment
  • Confident reading electrical and hydraulic schematics
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to travel nationwide and work away from home when needed
  • Full UK driving licence
