Role: Field-Based Parts Advisor

Location: although your base will be our Head Office in Warwick, you\’ll be required to travel extensively

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £33,000 pa DOE

Are you passionate about customer service and parts management? Join us as a Field-Based Parts Advisor, where you\’ll be the face of our parts team—travelling frequently to customer sites across the UK to deliver expert support and build lasting relationships.

What You\’ll Do

  • Visit customer sites to help identify and order the correct parts.
  • Manage and audit our stock held at customer locations.
  • Use our warehouse system to track inventory, returns, and adjustments.
  • Collect and report competitor insights to help shape our strategy.
  • Drive business growth by spotting opportunities and acting on customer needs.
