Role: Engineering Administrator
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00 – 13:00 Friday
Are you highly organised with a knack for data and communication? We’re looking for a proactive Engineering Administrator to join our Engineering team in Warwick!
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage performance reports using Excel and PowerBI.
- Coordinate internal communications and team updates.
- Arrange travel and external meetings for the Engineering team.
- Support project teams with documentation and cost tracking.
- Handle general admin tasks including office maintenance and supplies.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in administration and data analysis.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is a bonus.
