Overview
Role: Customer Satisfaction Engineer
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:30 and Friday 08:00 – 13:00
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 pa DOE
What You’ll Do
- Oversee field service issues, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Lead investigations and manage technical cases to drive solutions that improve customer experience.
What You’ll Need
- Strong technical and engineering knowledge
- Mechanical understanding of HGVs and vehicle systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and liaise with customers
- IT literacy and a full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing priorities
