Role: Service Centre Administrator
Location: Croydon, CR0 4YL
Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:30 and 16:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £33,216 pa DOE
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Service Administrator to join our Aftermarket team!
This is a key administrative role where you’ll support the smooth running of our service operations by maintaining accurate records, processing job cards, and liaising with technicians, customers, and management.
Responsibilities
- Raise job cards and input technician time bookings and job details
- Collate and check documentation within agreed timescales
- Finalise parts used and hours charged, and close completed jobs
- Review and process service invoices, credits, and warranty claims
- Generate reports and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Operate within company procedures and support continuous improvement
Ideal Candidate
- Proven administration experience in a service or workshop environment
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (intermediate level)
- Able to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Flexible and results-driven with a positive attitude
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English desirable
- Willingness to travel within the UK and work overtime when required
