What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the Service Centre to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
- Driving quality, safety, and productivity across the workshop.
- Leading and supporting the team—motivating, guiding, and helping them perform at their best.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
