Role: CAE Engineer
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 08:00-13:00 Friday
Salary: between £40,000 and £60,000 pa DOE

What You’ll Do
- Create and analyse FEA models for a variety of CAE projects
- Review product issues and support robust validation plans
- Mentor engineers in stress, fatigue, and stress analysis
- Collaborate with the test and development team and support FEA tool evolution
- Write verification reports and help maintain company standards
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of welded fabrication, stress analysis, fatigue prediction, and 3D CAD modelling
- Skilled in CAE software, Matlab, Excel, and hand calculations
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and support off-site activities
