Hours: 37 hours per week | between 07:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday

Are you passionate about quality and precision? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Quality Co-ordinator to ensure our cab production meets the highest standards. In this role, you’ll be the guardian of build quality, cosmetic finish, and customer satisfaction working closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to keep everything on track.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect and audit at key stages (PPI & PDI)
- Enforce quality standards across welding, paint, trim, electrics, and final build
- Drive process improvements and root cause analysis
- Monitor incoming goods and collaborate on defect resolution
- Support production with clear build aids and quality feedback
What We’re Looking For
- Strong vehicle mechanical knowledge
- Experience in specialist vehicle assembly and inspection
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, build software)
- A proactive, team-focused attitude and flexibility
