What You’ll Be Doing
- Assembling mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
- Working to clear build instructions, on‑screen guidance, and set production times
- Ensuring all products are built to a high standard and are fully functional and defect‑free
- Identifying and reporting quality issues and supporting resolutions
- Maintaining consistent output while meeting targets and deadlines
- Collaborating with team members and supporting smooth production flow
- Taking ownership of quality and contributing to continuous improvement
