Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for managing operations and driving continuous improvement? We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Somerset Workshop contract across Bridgwater, Williton, and Evercreech. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of vehicle repair and servicing. You will act as a key liaison between customers and our team, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering excellent service.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial vehicle repair and servicing, staff management, and P&L oversight. Strong customer relation skills, a management qualification, and proficiency in administration are essential. If you are adaptable, organised, and able to motivate a team, we want to hear from you!
