The Role: Assistant Farm Manager We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Assistant Farm Manager to support the Farm Manager in running our daily operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day farm operations alongside the Farm Manager. Lead and motivate a team of 4 permanent staff and seasonal workers during peak periods. Implement and champion sustainable farming practices. Operate and maintain modern machinery and precision farming equipment. Monitor and manage crop performance, soil health, and environmental initiatives. Play an active role in planning and innovation, helping shape the future of Dennington Hall Farms.
