We are seeking an experienced skilled and dedicated Bench Joiner to join our esteemed joinery workshop in Bramling, Kent. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, precision in craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Roles and Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from manufacturing drawings and joinery cutting lists
- Execute all aspects of purpose‑made joinery with high attention to detail whilst considering the most efficient method of construction
- Maintain excellent problem‑solving and time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Uphold health and safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment
- Exhibit good communication skills and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ensuring both individual and team tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain good housekeeping practices within the workshop
- Manufacture all joinery in accordance with internal quality standards
