The role is based in South-East Kent, working across two locations – our design studio in Faversham and head office just outside Canterbury. Working hours are 8 am – 5 pm.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our multi‑brand organisation that was recently recognised as the UK’s fastest-growing business in the construction and property services industry. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with at least five years of practical marketing experience. The candidate needs to be comfortable working across multiple brands in both B2B and B2C and managing agencies, KPIs and a marketing budget. To support our growth plans for our B2C brand, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate successful digital paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to generate leads.
Day‑to‑Day of the Role
- Execute the quarterly and monthly marketing plans for each of the four brands within the group.
- Manage the marketing budget month‑by‑month, tracking spend across the agencies and channels, flagging variances early.
- Brief and manage our external agencies to deliver the MarComms, Paid Ads, SEO and PR plans.
- Lead and develop the Group Marketing Executive.
- Own the marketing KPI dashboard, reporting monthly.
- Support the sale process through presentation, pre‑qualification questionnaires, tender and proposal production.
Required Skills
- At least five years of broad marketing experience.
- A genuine hands‑on knowledge of Meta and Google Ads is essential, and experience with LinkedIn Ads is a bonus.
- Experience working with and overseeing outputs from external agencies.
- Experience coordinating marketing activity across more than one brand.
- Comfortable owning and tracking a budget throughout the year.
- Experience across both B2B and B2C is a strong advantage.
- Competent in CRM systems and email campaign management tools.
- Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign and/or Adobe Express.
- Strong organisation and project management.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
