We are seeking an experienced skilled and dedicated Bench Joiner to join our esteemed joinery workshop in Bramling, Kent. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, precision in craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interpret and work from manufacturing drawings and joinery cutting lists
  • Execute all aspects of purpose‑made joinery with high attention to detail whilst considering the most efficient method of construction
  • Maintain excellent problem‑solving and time management skills to meet project deadlines
  • Operate a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and contribute to a safe working environment
  • Exhibit good communication skills and collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ensuring both individual and team tasks are completed efficiently
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices within the workshop
  • Manufacture all joinery in accordance with internal quality standards

This is a full-time position with overtime available to suit the project programmes. Salary is negotiable based on experience. Located in our extensive operations, including a state‑of‑the‑art 23,000 sqft manufacturing facility and finishing studio.
