We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational Science Technician (part-time) to join our Trust on a permanent basis. We aim to challenge, inspire and raise aspirations. We credit our success to our collaborative atmosphere, working together to provide shared lesson resources and to support one another in improving our teaching. Through innovative and inspiring curricular we enthuse passion at subject level and beyond. We are proud to provide a nurturing environment that allows students to become curious, resilient and confident individuals.
About you
We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual who is empathetic and welcoming and able to build a rapport and trust with staff and students. We want someone who shares our passion for providing students an outstanding education, someone who believes wholeheartedly in our vision, understands their place in fulfilling it, and is committed to delivering Denmark Road 365.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate to provide shared lesson resources and to support one another in improving our teaching.
- Support teaching and contribute to maintaining an engaging, safe science environment for students.
- Engage with the school’s curricular aims to enthuse passion at subject level and beyond.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Post subject to an enhanced DBS clearance and receipt of two satisfactory references.
- Ability to build rapport with staff and students and to work effectively within a Trust environment.
