This is a varied, hands‑on role involving specialist and commercial cleaning across a range of sites. The successful candidates will travel to different locations depending on operational requirements, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
Duties may include:
- Commercial and deep cleaning
- End‑of‑tenancy and property cleans
- Builders and post‑construction cleans
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Pressure washing and external cleaning
- Waste and property clearances
- Pest‑control cleaning and proofing work
- Specialist cleans following incidents or contamination
- Cleaning and sanitising affected areas
- Using specialist cleaning equipment and products
- Completing work to a consistently high standard
- Following site‑specific health & safety procedures and risk assessments
