About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and reliable Female Healthcare Assistant to support individuals in the Telford area. This role is community-based, providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes to help them maintain independence.
The Gender Requirement
Please Note: Due to the nature of the personal care required (including assistance with bathing, dressing, and intimate hygiene), there is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for the post holder to be female. This is in accordance with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, to respect the privacy and decency of our clients.

- Driving: You must hold a valid UK Drivers License.
- Transport: You must have access to your own car for commuting between client locations.
