About the home:
Sherborne Court Neurological Centre is a 39 bedded purpose built home close to Crewe town centre. We provide specialist support and nursing care for adults, who are medically stable, with a range of neurological conditions including acquired brain injury, Huntington's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease or complex neurological condition. We are able to support people who require ventilation, tracheostomy care and/or enteral feeding. All residents receive person-centred care, developed and delivered by our multi-disciplinary team to help them achieve their own goals and aspirations.
About the role:
We are looking for a clinically experienced Nurse in complex care who is able to ensure our residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met. Your role will include leading, motivating and mentoring your team and providing clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home.
Skills we need from you:
- Qualified Nurse (RGN)
- Experience working within a nursing home is essential, preferably experience working with adults with neurological conditions, complex care.
