We are recruiting experienced Senior Healthcare Assistants for night shifts within a nursing residential home in Derbyshire. This role is strictly for candidates with relevant care experience. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of care and support to residents during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with mobility and repositioning
- Monitor residents wellbeing and report any concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate care records
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and care home policies
Requirements (Strict)
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year experience in a care home or nursing home setting (essential)
- Experience working with elderly residents and/or dementia care
- Ability to work night shifts only
- Strong understanding of care standards and safeguarding
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Right to work in the UK

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
- Manual handling training
