The Company:

Mtrec Commercial proudly represents a highly established and successful client in their search for an experienced Export Operator to join the team as soon as possible. If you possess the required skills and experience, please apply for an immediate response.

The Role:

• Arranging all modes of export such as Air, Sea, and Road.
• Facilitating the shipping of customer orders both domestically and internationally using couriers, freight forwarders, customer intermediaries, and portals.
• Assisting with Customs Clearance.
• Providing information and preparing progress reports for management.
• Handling export licensing and compliance.
• Record keeping and archiving.
• Tracking process quality issues that affect on-time delivery.
• Working Monday to Friday during general office hours.

About You:

• Well-organized with strong administrative and IT skills.
• High level of numeracy.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Experience with customs processes such as import/export declarations, VA, tariff codes, commercial invoices, incoterms, and harmonized tariff codes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with courier, freight forwarder, and customer portals.
