Role Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads: identify new prospective customers and manage a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, networking).
- Product expertise & presentation: develop in‑depth knowledge of products and services, conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Relationship building: build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiation & closing: negotiateiksa contract terms and pricing to successfully close deals and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Market analysis & strategy: stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and refine strategies.
- CRM management & reporting: maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaboration: coordinate with internal teams – social media, marketing, customer support – to ensure a seamless customer journey and align strategies; work closely with technical, engineering, and production teams to meet customer requirements.
- New business development: prospect new clients to expand market share, including cold calling, attending trade shows, and networking to generate leads.
- Technical consultation: develop a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery to provide expert advice and recommend best solutions.
- Quoting and negotiation: prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and tender documents; negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Reporting: manage and update customer information and sales activity, and provide regular sales forecast reports to management.
- Travel: willingness to travel frequently to group and customer sites, industry events, and trade shows.
About You
- Experience ಹೋಗ: at least 5 years of proven experience in product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management in plastics,开户manufacturing or an industrial setting. Injection moulding knowledge is essential.
- Sales acumen: strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Technical knowledge: strong understanding of plastic injection moulding processes, tooling design, and various thermoplastic materials.
- Personal attributes: highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, resilient, and able to work independently and as partსteam.
- Education: a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- License:ища a valid driver’s license and clean driving record is typically required for travel.
