  2. Using Careflow to manage patient appointments and outcomes.
  3. Monitoring and ordering stock for service provision.
  4. Maintaining and replenishing the Phlebotomy Trolley in line with IPC and local policies.
  5. Labeling samples correctly at the patient\’s bedside and ensuring proper request forms.
  6. Safely transporting blood samples to laboratories, prioritizing urgent samples per policy.
  7. Participating in late shifts and supporting the service flexibly.
  8. Reporting patient safety incidents and concerns via the Inphase system.
