Denholm Industrial Services is currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Inspector to join our team on a major industrial project in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading industrial services provider.
The initial duration is at least 6 weeks, with the potential to extend to 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect surface preparation activities including abrasive blasting, power tool cleaning and other preparation methods.
- Carry out inspections of prepared substrates to ensure cleanliness, profile depth and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor coating application processes, ensuring correct materials, mixing ratios, application methods and dry film thickness requirements are achieved.
- Review coating systems, technical data sheets and project specifications to ensure compliance.
- Complete accurate inspection reports, quality records and project documentation.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
What We're Looking For
- NACE or ICorr Paint Inspection Qualification (Essential)
- Valid CSCS Card (Essential)
- Safety Critical Medical (Advantageous)
- Previous experience working as a Paint Inspector on industrial, marine or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of protective coatings, inspection techniques and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

- £50 per night accommodation allowance
- Mileage allowance from your home address to site (subject to travel distance)

- Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day
