Key Responsibilities
- Assembling and disassembling scaffolding: Scaffolders are responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures to provide access for construction workers.
- Safety compliance: They must adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the stability of scaffolding.
- Site preparation: Scaffolders assess site conditions and prepare the foundation for scaffolding installation.
- Regular inspections: They inspect scaffolding components for damage and ensure they are safe to use.
