Denholm Industrial Services are currently recruiting for experienced Advanced Scaffolders to join our growing team on ongoing industrial projects in Birmingham.
This is a full-time opportunity offering long-term work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to work on a variety of industrial sites while developing your career with a respected national contractor.
- Key role and responsibilities for Advanced Scaffolder
- Erect, alter and dismantle complex scaffolding structures in line with project requirements.
- Carry out scaffolding work safely and in accordance with current industry regulations and company procedures.
- Read and interpret scaffold drawings and specifications where required.
- Complete inspections of scaffolding and identify any defects or required alterations.
- Work safely at height while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
- Ensure all scaffolding is erected to CISRS and TG20 guidance where applicable.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, site management and other trades.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Assist with planning daily work activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Represent Denholm Industrial Services professionally on client sites at all times.
- Minimum requirements for Advanced Scaffolder
- Valid CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card.
- Previous experience working on industrial or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of current health and safety legislation.
- Ability to work safely at height in demanding industrial environments.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively within a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred (maximum of 6 penalty points).
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
