Key Responsibilities
- Work within the transport team based at Felixstowe office.
- Deal with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure accurate information is updated to operating systems.
- Work with colleagues to provide a high service level to customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with third-party customers, group staff and sub-contractors.
- Report to Line Manager and Head of Centre of Excellence weekly on on-time statistics, margin statistics, running vehicles, ensure prompt return of empty containers, and manage vehicle booking system.
- Operate all duties in accordance with Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) procedures and work instructions.
