Denholm Bakers, a family-run business with over a century of tradition, is looking for a skilled Baker to join our team in Wishaw. Our company is known for its high-quality, handcrafted baked goods and is seeking a reliable individual to contribute to our legacy. You will be responsible for producing a wide range of bakery products from scratch, maintaining our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Your duties will include:
- Handcrafting a variety of baked goods, including all types of pastry.
- Piping and decorating cakes.
- Working from traditional, scratch recipes.
- Be experienced at using hot plate.
- Performing stock rotation and checking stores.
- Assisting with other bakery tasks as needed.
- This role will include day shift & night shift.
Requirements:
- A dedicated and hardworking individual.
- Experience working with different types of pastries and decorating cakes.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain high standards.
