We're looking for…

  • A proven track record in corporate or personal tax where you have been in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of HMRC practices, Business Asset Disposals Relief, and other key tax reliefs.
  • Expertise in share schemes, including EMIs, growth shares, hurdle shares, and Employee Ownership Trusts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated business development and marketing acumen.
