The Role: As Sales Manager, you will lead the growth of our Foldable Products portfolio in the UKCI region. You'll focus on specification generation, lead creation, business development, and order fulfilment - working across the construction value chain to promote Kalzip's innovative foldable solutions. Your efforts will support the company's long-term growth strategy, raise product visibility, and enhance customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the Foldable Products project pipeline and deliver regional sales targets.
- Identify and engage new clients, architects, specifiers, contractors, training companies, and installers.
- Define and deliver a 2025-2029 business plan for Foldable Products, including expansion through organic growth and/or acquisition.
- Collaborate with Marketing to allocate and measure the marcomms budget for Foldable Products.
- Drive sales opportunities from lead to order closure, collaborating with internal teams as required.
- Understand construction drivers and investment trends across the UKCI and identify Foldable Product opportunities within them.
- Maintain and execute a comprehensive regional business plan tailored to Foldable Products.
- Deliver compelling Foldable Product presentations and training sessions to architects, clients, and installers.
- Defend specifications, identify premium pricing strategies, and ensure internal approvals.
- Maintain an active and accurate pipeline, providing reports and forecasts to the National Façade Sales Manager and Sales Director.
- Coordinate with other RSMs to share Foldable Product opportunities across regions.
- Support the commercial team in product promotion, client onboarding, and Teamkal collaboration.
- Provide installer training and support to maintain Kalzip's quality reputation.
- Continuously expand knowledge of competitor systems and identify Kalzip's competitive advantages.
- Represent Kalzip to build trust and deliver excellence to clients and end-users.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Knowledge:
- Technically driven background, ideally with a degree or extensive practical experience.
- Knowledge of UK building regulations, codes of practice, HSE standards, and roofing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
