About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you\’ll lead brand awareness, education, and communications activity across key European markets. This is a hands-on role in a highly collaborative and mission-driven team, where you\’ll manage digital and traditional marketing channels, shape campaigns, and create compelling content that connects with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and wider industry stakeholders.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across key EU markets
• Lead email marketing including segmentation, scheduling, and reporting
• Support industry events, webinars, and trade shows with clear, engaging communications

Content & Storytelling

• Create high-quality, clinically relevant content with internal experts
• Adapt messaging for different markets and manage translation workflows
• Lead social media efforts with a focus on storytelling and thought leadership
• Work with internal teams and agencies to deliver on-brand, effective campaign assets

PR & Industry Engagement

• Identify opportunities for visibility in industry and trade media
• Develop press materials and maintain relationships with key editors and associations
• Proactively seek out ways to amplify brand thought leadership across the healthcare space

Campaign Tools & Reporting

• Use platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Delivra, and Loomly to execute and analyse campaigns
• Report on campaign performance to support data-led decision-making

Travel

Occasional travel to 3-4 key industry events across Europe is required.

About You

You\’ll bring a mix of creative flair and marketing discipline, with the confidence to lead content and communications activity from idea through to delivery. You\’ll be comfortable operating in a regulated, scientific environment – and passionate about using your marketing skills to support better healthcare outcomes.

• B2B or healthcare marketing experience, ideally with a top-of-funnel focus
• A strong storyteller who can simplify complex ideas for a professional audience
• Familiarity with multi-channel distribution: email, social, web, and media
• Experience working with trade journals, professional associations, and media
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
• A collaborative approach with confidence working across regions and teams
