Denholm is partnering with Elevate Great to find a Head of Programmes for a permanent role. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days in their Edinburgh office each week.

Elevate Great aims to close the inequality gap by supporting innovative early-stage ideas. Their Innovation Hub is focused on designing, testing, and scaling solutions to create systemic change.

The Head of Programmes will lead this initiative, bringing a visionary approach to the role. Ideal candidates will have experience in creating new ideas, building from scratch, and balancing experimentation with implementation, whether in startups or small teams with impactful missions.

You will be instrumental in shaping the growth of the Innovation Hub, defining programme structures, and integrating rigour with creativity. The team is small but dedicated, seeking someone energized by early-stage development and capable of defining excellence and turning it into reality.

What you\’ll be doing

• Collaborating with the Senior Management team to design and deliver impactful programmes aligned with strategic goals.
• Embedding agile and evidence-based practices within a growing team.
• Utilizing data, research, and insights to refine initiatives.
• Building strong cross-sector partnerships, from government to grassroots organizations.
• Providing thoughtful advisory support to partner organizations.
• Developing systems and structures to ensure smooth operations and resilience against challenges.
