Denholm has partnered with the UK's leading field-marketing and sales agency to hire an Account Controller to oversee a UK-wide sales & commercial team and to provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of high profile FMCG clients. With a long heritage, our client's core mission is to help brands sell more at the point of purchase, by providing a full range of services; from in-store sales teams to data insight and shopper engagement programs.
Reporting to the Customer Director, with home/remote working, the Account Controller is responsible for developing strategic plans that deliver on the agreed client vision and objectives within a field marketing environment. A member of the senior leadership team, the AC will lead, develop and support direct reports to ensure client objectives are met.
To be considered, you will have a significant proven track record of FMCG field sales leadership. You will be able to demonstrate excellence in providing insight-led, data-driven strategic solutions to drive UK national account growth. Ideally with experience within both corporates and SMEs, you will be an inclusive, inspiring people-leader with evidence of creating high-performing sales teams.
