Following a period of significant growth and investment, our client is evolving the way it approaches product development and is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join its Product team. This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customers, operations and commercial performance . Reporting to the Product Director, you'll take ownership of two important product areas, helping to shape the roadmap, prioritise development and ensure technology delivers tangible value for both customers and the wider business. You'll work across Engineering, IT, Data, Commercial and Operations , translating complex business and technical requirements into clear product outcomes and helping delivery teams turn those priorities into reality. You'll be involved across the full product lifecycle, from understanding customer and business needs through to prioritisation, delivery, implementation and continuous improvement. Balancing customer needs, commercial priorities, operational efficiency and technical considerations. Supporting an effective Agile delivery cadence, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. Supporting the development of scalable products and services as the business continues to grow. Providing clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, priorities and outcomes. Helping embed and continuously improve product management and delivery practices across the organisation. We're keen to speak with Product Owners, Technical Product Managers, Delivery Managers or Project Managers who have experience operating in a complex, technical and ideally regulated environment . Experience working with Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2 or similar delivery methodologies. This is more than a traditional Product Owner position.
