This is a hybrid role based near Edinburgh, and our client will help with a relocation package.
The Opportunity As Head of Technology, you will own the end‐to‐end technology strategy for the business, spanning software engineering, product systems, IT infrastructure, data, security, and integrations. You\’ll drive a forward‐looking technology roadmap, shaping platforms and architecture that can support today\’s high demand and tomorrow\’s global scale.

What You\’ll Bring We\’re looking for a leader with:
Experience scaling technology functions within a fast-growing SME
Proven success in shaping and delivering company-wide technology strategy
Strong grounding in software engineering, systems architecture, data governance, and IT
Experience in e-commerce, integrations (including drop shipping), and digital product roadmaps would be distinctly advantageous
Ability to balance strategic thinking with technical depth
Excellent stakeholder skills with the ability to influence cross‐functionally
Experience leading across both software and (ideally) connected hardware environments
