Are you a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a passion for driving success on Amazon? If so we'd love to hear from you, as we are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic Marketplace Account Manager to oversee and grow our presence on Amazon.
As our new Marketplace Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a range of strategies that will enhance our brand visibility and sales performance on the Amazon platform, via organic growth and paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining compelling and optimised seller central listings to maximise visibility and sales
- Uploading informative and engaging A+/EBC/storefront content to enhance our brand's presence on the platform
- Monitor and analyse account health metrics, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and advertising performance
- Proactively addressing and resolving negative feedback on Seller Central to maintain a positive brand image
- Monitoring the buy box and implementing strategies to improve performance
- Monitoring inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and potential revenue loss
- Setting up and reporting on KPIs, driving continuous improvement and growth
- Regularly assessing the health of the account and taking necessary actions for optimisation
- Creating, managing and optimising Amazon sponsored ad campaigns while keeping to budget
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitoring new Amazon features and industry trends
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- 2/3+ years of experience managing an Amazon marketplace account or similar e-commerce platform.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central (Vendor Central is a plus).
- Experience with Amazon advertising tools and analytics dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Shopify experience is advantageous.
- £30,000 - £35,000 a year (depending on experience)
- Full-time permanent role
- Flexible working hours (Monday - Friday)
- Leith office with hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days working from home)
