We're looking for an experienced Finance Leader to join the executive leadership team as Business Services Director. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the financial management of the organisation while providing strategic oversight of HR and IT, driving efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Essential qualifications and experience include:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent)
- Senior-level finance leadership experience, including statutory accounts and audit
- Proven experience working with Boards and Committees
- Strategic oversight of HR and IT functions
- Strong background in governance, risk and regulatory compliance
- Track record of leading business change and improvement programmes
You are a strategic, commercially minded leader who enjoys improving how organisations work. You're confident owning financial strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading cross-functional change. You balance having a strategic mindset with attention to detail, communicate clearly, and build strong, collaborative relationships across teams.
