URGENT - Business Analyst (Mortgage Servicing) - Contract

Denholm\'s financial services client is undergoing a complex end-to-end transformation programme including platform migration. They currently require a Business Analyst with strong Mortgage Servicing knowledge to join them on a contract basis.

  • Duration: 12 months (initially)
  • Location: Remote (2 days onsite in Carlisle a month)
  • Start Date: ASAP

Skills / knowledge required:

  • Senior Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage market
  • Previous experience on mortgage related projects
  • Experience in Product, Operations or Sales role within mortgages prior to becoming a BA
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing
  • Full project lifecycle
  • Ability to take high level requirements and create lower level details
  • Strong stakeholder & 3rd party management
  • Experience working with offshore system integrator
  • Understand the Product Owner / Business Analyst relationship
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Technical skills: Confluence, Jira, MS Whiteboard (or similar customer journey tool like Miro)

Ideally, you will be available to start with less than 4 weeks\' notice.
