URGENT – Business Analyst (Mortgage Servicing) – Contract
Denholm\’s financial services client is undergoing a complex end-to-end transformation programme including platform migration. They currently require a Business Analyst with strong Mortgage Servicing knowledge to join them on a contract basis.
- Duration: 12 months (initially)
- Location: Remote (2 days onsite in Carlisle a month)
- Start Date: ASAP
Skills / knowledge required:
- Senior Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of the mortgage market
- Previous experience on mortgage related projects
- Experience in Product, Operations or Sales role within mortgages prior to becoming a BA
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing
- Full project lifecycle
- Ability to take high level requirements and create lower level details
- Strong stakeholder & 3rd party management
- Experience working with offshore system integrator
- Understand the Product Owner / Business Analyst relationship
- Ability to work autonomously
- Technical skills: Confluence, Jira, MS Whiteboard (or similar customer journey tool like Miro)
Ideally, you will be available to start with less than 4 weeks\’ notice.
